DORA farm is made now of 6 olive orchards, all spread in the same area and managed according to the principles of extensive agriculture and agroecology…and with some passion for historical ecology and GIS!

DORA is in the advisory board of the H2020 project "NewBie. New Entrant netWork: Business models for Innovation, entrepreneurship and resilience in European agriculture", which will facilitate the development and dissemination of new business models, including new entry models, to the full range of new entrants into farming.

Do you know that small-scale agriculture has a direct impact on climate change adaptation?

As stakeholders involved in the LIFE project "OLIVE4CLIMATE", we are engaged in reducing farming inputs to increase the sustainability of our whole supply chain, in compliance with the carbon footprint standard ISO 14067.

DORA is a member of the Expert Working Group “How can environmental regulators support businesses to improve the outcomes of their operations for biodiversity, with a focus on small and medium-sized enterprises in the food and beverage sector in Europe?”, within the HORIZON2020 project EKLIPSE.

5° official harvest and production of "Le gemme di DORA"

After several months of field work to choose the most interesting spot to work with, finally DORA has included more hectares of ancient olive trees.

This time the challenge is since these trees have been abandoned for years. That's why we want to work with them: their ecological and cultural value is immense, and they deserve to be protected.

With the opening of the first ARKET store in Regent Street (London), our extra virgin olive oil will be used to give an international touch to the Scandinavian recipes created by the chef Martin Berg!

Glad to announce we are members of TP Organics , the European Technology Platform for organic food and farming research!
